What keeps Freya motivated?

Crimson Global Academy is a fully registered online high school delivering live, real-time teaching to students right in their own home. It isn't always easy to stay motivated. Here are 4 things that help Freya, a full-time student at CGA, stay on top of her game and go the distance.

Meet Freya

Freya Bartels is a long distance swimmer. She chose CGA for its flexibility to pursue an international curriculum and studies Maths, Chemistry and Physics.

She finds her motivation from swimming. Here are her four tips to stay focused in all that you do:

Clear goals
Small steps every day
Self-discipline
Balance

I would say self-discipline is probably the most important thing. Decide what you want the most. Make sure you keep in mind what it is that you’re working for. And make sure that you push yourself.
