How Our Online School Supports Students with IENA
At CGA we support students with Individual Educational Needs and Abilities (IENA) through a diverse and inclusive global community. We believe every student deserves to feel safe, happy, and confident - and to learn in a way that suits them best.
We ensure student's needs are understood and addressed - so they can thrive both academically, and personally.
SEND Support
Our experienced SENco creates an Individualised Education Plan (IEP), collaborating closely with students, families, teachers, and specialists. This ensures comprehensive support.
Dedicated Pastoral Team
Each academic House is led by a Pastoral Dean who helps students with personal, social, and academic issues. Weekly Form Time sessions provide students with informal wellbeing check-ins and guidance.
Learning Support Assistant
LSAs help students with organisation and tasks. Creating an encouraging and supportive environment enables students to feel confident and work to their best ability.
Experienced School Counsellor
With a background as a teacher, our dedicated counsellor is passionate about helping our diverse community of students succeed, and removing their barriers to self-fulfilment.

Siena's move to CGA was motivated by her family's concerns over Siena's declining mental health at a traditional school.
