How Our Online School Supports Students with IENA

At CGA we support students with Individual Educational Needs and Abilities (IENA) through a diverse and inclusive global community. We believe every student deserves to feel safe, happy, and confident - and to learn in a way that suits them best.

Our experienced SENco creates an Individualised Education Plan (IEP), collaborating closely with students, families, teachers, and specialists. This ensures comprehensive support.

Each academic House is led by a Pastoral Dean who helps students with personal, social, and academic issues. Weekly Form Time sessions provide students with informal wellbeing check-ins and guidance.

LSAs help students with organisation and tasks. Creating an encouraging and supportive environment enables students to feel confident and work to their best ability.
