She has served as a teacher, principal, educational coach, and school director over her 15 years in education. She is experienced in traditional “brick and mortar” schools as well as global online school settings.

She holds her professional teaching certificate in PreK- 12th-grade education and Teaching English as a Second Language.

With over 15 years of experience in technology and education, Penelope is not your typical CEO. Her extensive involvement in global technology companies has defined her career path. Now as CGA's CEO Penelope is passionate about using innovative approaches to help students globally achieve their full potential.

Jamie, born and raised in New Zealand, has achieved great academic success at top universities, including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, and Oxford. He graduated with honours from Harvard, earned an MBA from Stanford, and completed a PhD in Public Policy at Oxford. In 2023, he graduated from Yale Law School with a Juris Doctor and received a Masters in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania. He co-founded Crimson Education in 2013 and Crimson Global Academy in 2019.

Bob is the Director of University Admissions Counseling at CGA and has over 12 years of professional experience in university admissions counseling with students from around the world. He has helped students gain admission to their best-fit universities, including Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, and Oxbridge.

Bob is dedicated to assisting ambitious students in finding their best-fit educational paths and realising their dreams.

Alex Cork is one of CGA's expert Admissions Officer. He has worked in the education sector for over 10 years and has interviewed more than 300 students. Alex has a genuine curiosity in student achievement whether this be in sport, music, extracurriculars, academics, business or activism.
