Meet the Teacher: Dr Andrew Daniel

Dr. Andrew Daniel is a mathematics teacher and Associate Principal at CGA. Across his career he’s taught in five different schools, in the UK and overseas, and also been involved in university preparation and extra-curricular programmes. At CGA he teach International GCSE and AS Level Mathematics.

For his Bachelors degree and PhD he studied at universities in both the UK and the US, and has a great interest in supporting students in applications to these universities. His former students are now studying at Oxford, Cambridge, and the Ivy Leagues. He also has a Masters degree in education, and a PGCE in Mathematics. Dr Daniel is particularly interested in technology and IT in education, in particular the mathematics of 3D computer game design and artificial intelligence.
