Over the past two years, the university admissions landscape has seen tremendous changes. Cancellation of critical exams such as the IB, A-Levels, and SAT; an over-dependence on predicted grades and school recommendations; and hence, oversubscription at Oxbridge colleges.

More Hong Kong students are getting excellent grades, but less are offered a place to study at Oxbridge. Staying on top of your class might not be enough to secure you a place at world-class universities like Oxford and Cambridge.
